NSW Food & Wine Festival

February 7- March 1, 2015

The state’s favourite celebration of local wine, artisan food and producers is back for the ninth year this February. Stand by to celebrate the flavours of NSW at The Sydney Morning Herald NSW Food and Wine Festival presented by Citi – launching on February 5th.

A must for serious food and wine-lovers, this year’s program (February 7- March 1) will be packed with the best from our backyard: fresh produce, farmyard cheese, olive oil, smallgoods and more. The finest wines from across the 14 regions of NSW will be poured throughout the month both at Sydney Cellar Door and with fabulous food matches at wine events at some of our favourite restaurants. And it’s all happening in partnership with the growers, winemakers, artisan food producers, chefs, restaurants, sommeliers and bars from Sydney and beyond.

The program opens this year with a special NSW Food & Wine Festival edition of The Sydney Morning Herald Growers’ Market (February 7) and is wrapped up with the much loved Sydney Cellar Door (February 27-March 1).

We’d love you to start thinking of creative ways to be part of this exciting month, celebrating the best of food and wine in our beautiful state.

Expressions of interest for restaurant and artisan producers’ stalls at Sydney Cellar Door are being taken now.
